Harriet Mdala

Harriet has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law in
Zambia. Her expertise lies in the energy, extractives, and infrastructure
sectors within the Zambian context.

Harriet has experience with working with a broad range of clients including
EMR Capital, Goviex Uranium, Ivanhoe Mines, China Datang, Qatar
Investment Authority, FCDO, EDF and PWC.

She is recognised by IFLR1000 2021-2025 as a leading woman in Project
Development and infrastructure matters.

She also serves as the key relationship partner for the Zambia Association
of Manufacturers (ZAM) which is the biggest chamber in Zambia.

Outside MAY, she serves as a Director of the French Business Circle.
